To celebrate the spirit of childhood and honour the brith anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehur, our team organised a special visit to v.p.s jr. college on the occasion of Children’s Day. The aim of the event was to interact with the children, bring joy to their day, and encourage them through fun and educational activities.

Description of the Event

The programme began at 7:45 AM, when the volunteers were warmly welcomed y the school staff and students. The children were excited and enthusiastic as the celebration started with a short introduction and greeting.

A series of engaging activities were conducted, including:

• Fun games such as musicalchairs, relay races, and quiz rounds
• Drawing and coloring activities for younger childern
• Storytelling and dance sessions that filled the hall with laughter

Conclusion

The Children’s Day visits ended with group photographs and heartfelt goodbyes. The event successfully achieved its purpose of bringing happiness to the children and building bond of trust and affection.
